In endodontics, the key to long-term success is a controllable, safe workflow which, in line with the principles of minimally invasive endodontics, reduces the likelihood of complications. The lecture is built around the practical use of the VDW Reciproc Blue system: following the identification and refinement of the canal orifices, how the one-file system provides predictable shaping and stable working-length control thanks to reciprocating motion—especially in narrower or more curved canals. We will review the key steps of modern irrigation protocols to support disinfection and smear layer control. Finally, we will present a mild warm vertical compaction technique matched to canals prepared with Reciproc Blue, illustrating multiple clinical cases step by step. The lecture offers fresh, immediately applicable practical tips so you can perform root canal treatments with more confident decisions, fewer complications, and more predictable outcomes.

Az endodonciában a hosszú távú siker kulcsa a kontrollálható, biztonságos workflow, amely a minimálinvazív endodontia elvei mentén csökkenti a komplikációk esélyét. Az előadás a VDW Reciproc Blue rendszer gyakorlati használatára épül: a csatorna-bemenetek feltárását követően a one-file rendszer hogyan ad kiszámítható formálást és stabil munkahossz-kontrollt a reciproc mozgásnak köszönhetően,különösen szűkebb vagy görbültebb csatornákban. Áttekintjük a modern átöblítési protokollok kulcslépéseit a fertőtlenítés és smear layer kontroll támogatására. Végül bemutatjuk a Reciproc Blue-val preparált csatornához illesztett mild warm vertical compaction technikát, több klinikai esetet lépésről lépésre szemléltetve. Az előadás friss, azonnal beépíthető gyakorlati fogásokat ad, hogy magabiztosabb döntésekkel, kevesebb komplikációval és kiszámíthatóbb eredményekkel végezhesd a gyökérkezeléseket.
